How crystals can change your life, if you let them

The ancient Greeks believed clear quartz was ice, frozen so hard it could not melt, which helps us understand how the word “crystal” originated. The word crystal derived from the ancient Greek word ( Krustallos) meaning both “ice” and “rock crystal” stemming from the words (Kruos) meaning “icy, cold, frost” and (Lithos) meaning “rock”.
Nikola Tesla stated, “ In a crystal, we have the clear evidence of the existence of a formative life principle, and though we cannot understand the life of a crystal, it is nonetheless a living being.” It is understandable why he said this, knowing that crystals have such a high vibrational frequency. Humans, the earth, and crystals, we all vibrate! We are all made up of energy! Nikola Tesla also said, “If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration.”
Every natural substance vibrates at a specific frequency, as a result of atoms and molecules moving. The earth vibrates at 7.83 Hz, humans vibrate at a range of 3 Hz, to 17 Hz, and a quartz crystal vibrates at a whopping 32,768 Hz.
As every human has a different energetic frequency, so do different crystals. Depending on factors like size, composition, impurities and such, crystals have their own unique vibe about them, just as we do. People who radiate kindness, peace, love, and compassion have higher vibrations. Whereas those with lower vibrations experience more emotions like jealousy, anger, fear, or anxiety. As a human our vibrational frequency is very unstable and easily influenced, constantly changing, depending on what we are exposed to. Crystals have an extremely stable energy frequency that doesn’t change. They are made up of regularly repeating, fixed patterns of molecules and can maintain their perfect stability with no effort. This in itself is why crystals can be so influential in our unstable and chaotic lives. If we allow it, a crystal can help raise and stabilize our vibrational frequency when we have those moments of chaos that we all experience in life.
